1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or authorized partners. Payment is processed at the time of booking and confirms your reservation. We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment system.

2. Cancellation Policy

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

3. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

4. Participant Requirements

Participants must meet the minimum age and fitness requirements specified for each tour. Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely.

5. Safety and Conduct

All participants must follow the guide's instructions at all times. We reserve the right to remove participants from the tour for unsafe behavior or failure to follow instructions, without refund.

6. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, hiking involves inherent risks. Participants participate at their own risk. We strongly recommend having appropriate travel insurance.

7. Photography and Media

We may take photos during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.
