Revel in breathtaking panoramic views from the mountain’s peak. After descending, we drive an hour on scenic roads to the start point of our next mission. We recommend everyone to have the following clothes and equipment at hand when you get picked up by our guide:
- Hiking shoes*
- Jacket*
- Hiking pants*
- Fleece sweater etc.
- Gloves
- Hiking poles*(If you struggle with knee pain etc.)
- Backpack for food/drinks etc.
The gear marked with * is available for rent at checkout or on this page. If you got questions feel free to contact the company for more information or send us an email to Post@getguidednorway.com.
- The guide comes with a van covered with our company logo. Please be ready at chosen pickup time.
- It takes about 30 minutes to drive to the starting point of the hike to Dalsnuten.
- We prepare our gear and the guide gives you information about the hike.
- We hike for around 1-1.5 hour incl. small breaks, the hike is considered to be easy.
- We explore and relax at the summit of Dalsnuten, taking in the panoramic views!
- We hike back for around 1 hour, optionally we can do a small detour around the beautiful lake nearby.
- After descending, we drive for about an hour until we reach the starting point of our next hike. You can sit back and enjoy the scenic views along the road before we start our next adventure!
- The hike takes about 0.5-1 hour each way. When we get to the viewpoint we have time to explore once again, or relax, depending on your preference! The hike is considered easy.
- When we get back to the van, we have about 1.5 hour drive back to Stavanger.
- The guide drop you off at your location after a full day of adventure!
- You should have a decent stamina
- Some experience is recommended
- Participants should be atleast 6 years old(If you think it´s manageable for your child despite beeing younger, please contact us.).
